THE GOAL OF POST MARKETING SURVEILLANCE (PMS) OF IVDS IS MONITORING THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF IVDS AVAILABLE ON THE MARKET AND THE MAIN TOOL TO PERFORM PMS IS PROBLEM/COMPLAINT REPORT HANDLING SYSTEM THAT CONTAINS SENDING REPORTS TO AUTHORITIES, EVALUATE REPORTS BY AUTHORITIES, CARRYING OUT THE REQUIRED ACTIONS, SUBMITTING THE RESULTS TO THE CONCERNED LABORATORY AND IF NECESSARY TO OTHER CONCERNED LABORATORIES AND IVD SUPPLIERS.
